Michael Carroll is a global attractions and experience executive with more than 30 years leading the development and delivery of some of the world’s most ambitious guest experiences. Across a career spanning Orlando, Dubai, and Singapore, he has built three entertainment divisions from the ground up, directed capital programs approaching $200 million, and delivered media-based attractions for operators and landmarks including Disney, Universal, Dubai Parks & Resorts, Ain Dubai, and the Museum of the Future.

Michael’s career began at Walt Disney Imagineering as a Technical Designer on The Living Seas at Epcot — a foundation in technical design that grew into creative production leadership and, ultimately, executive command of the full attraction lifecycle. As Global Vice President of Guest Experiences at Dynamic Entertainment, he created and led a division delivering media-based attractions through international joint ventures, including SkyFly: Soar America, winner of USA Today’s Readers’ Choice Award for Best New Attraction (2022). In Dubai, he served as Vice President at Dubai Parks & Resorts, directing a $192 million media, AV systems, and R&D program across 22 attractions, and led guest experience development at North 25 (a Meraas / Dubai Holding joint venture) for projects including Ain Dubai and the Museum of the Future.

Today, as Founder & Principal of Immvrsive, Michael advises developers, operators, and investors across the full attraction lifecycle — feasibility, site and partner selection, creative direction, production, technical integration, and delivery — with deep expertise in digital production across media, VR, AR, and mixed reality. He is an early adopter of AI in attraction development, having instituted AI-supported production pipelines for show media and built an agentic AI application that automates attraction site selection. Current engagements include Fractal Picture, Kingsmen Xperience, Technology West Group, and Providence Island Ventures.

Michael holds a BS in Ocean Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, completed MBA graduate coursework at Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
